NEW RULES AND REGS APPROVED

Just a quick message as a reminder of a few rules and regs that I have been receiving numerous complaints about:

Pool:

1. Do not let anyone in without a pass or even if their pass may not work. Their pass may have been suspended for nonpayment of dues, etc.
2. Children must be escorted by an adult at all times at the pool.
3. Please follow and obey all posted rules.
4. Smoking at the pool: we have received numerous complaints about smoking at the pool bothering others. Also, we have found cigarette butts on the pool deck and in the bathroom toilets. This needs to stop or smoking will be banned from the pool.
5. Respect others at the pool.
6. You may drink alcohol at the pool. Must be in a plastic cup, plastic bottle or can. NO GLASS.
7. No glass in the pool area.
8. No pets in the pool area.

Storage of items:

1. No grills, gas or charcoal, may be stored or used on the HOA property.
2. Do not park or secure bikes under the steps, to posts, etc.
3. All bikes, etc. must be kept in your unit or storage closet.
4. Items outside may be disposed of by maintenance.

Pets:

1. Only owners may have pets.
2. Renters are not permitted to have pets.
3. If you, as an owner, sees a renter with a pet please contact the Management Team.

Maintenance Items:

1. A French drain system has been installed behind buildings 15&16, also by the pool and behind buildings &7&8.
2. Painting off all buildings facia and sulfate is underway.

Board of Directors 2nd Quarter Meeting to be held on Thursday May 23, 2024, at 2:30PM at Semper Fi Property Management.

Enclosed below you will find the Nomination BIO Form.  If you are interested to serve on the Board of Directors please complete and return by the due date on the form.  There are three(3) seats open.
